Scientific community of students and PhD students


Scientific community of students and PhD students 
is an instrument, for implementation of the student’s and postgraduate’s community aspirations, to accomplish fruitful scientific and research work, establish innovation in the academic and educational systems, using the student’s own abilities. SCSP is a university’s independent and democratic self-governing organization working in the certain fields:

• Independent scientific and research work of students and PhD students support;

• Academic events, conferences, symposiums organizing;

• Developing and implementing of innovative alternative educational methods;

• Promoting students self-education, permanent academic and methodological support;

• The exclusive and regular extra-academic lectures, workshops, educational activities, trainings organizing;

• Regular actual issue discussions organizing;

• Conducting interdisciplinary educational and academic meetings and activities among various faculties and departments;

• Ensure communication with the scientific and educational institutions of Ukraine and foreign countries (Poland, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Sweden, Denmark, France, the USA, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia).

• Representation and protection of educational and academic interests of students in the Academic Council.

SCSP is a university’s independent and democratic self-governing organization of students and PhD students; therefore, it works only in areas of their interests. Five experimental community projects will be set on in December 2014, in order to endure their work throughout the second term.

SCSP of philosophy department collaborates with university-wide Scientific community of students and PhD students.

SCSP is a horizontal structure of equal members; where everybody are able to implement their own ideas, and the community will contribute, maximum efforts to realize support them.

You can join SCSP community by visiting any of organizations’ meeting and writing an application for membership. However, the main point is - not a formal entry, but an active participation and awareness.
